first name that comes to your mind when you think about putting aside an afternoon for shopping. Delhi’s Bazaars
are the most common reason, why most youngsters from across the country raid here. From luxurious malls to the
flea markets, Delhi is a shoppers dream destination. Fighting over shoe sizes, and mojris, to the cotton skirts- a
summer favorite for all young ladies. Handicrafts, fabrics, electronic, woodwork, baubles, accessories, all can be
found here.
Sadar Bazaar or Connaught Place, Janpath or Greater Kailash Market, they might be extremes in the price range,
but are loaded with all kinds of fabulous stuff. You can’t let go the crowded bazaar of Sarojini and Palika and Dilli
Haat, flooded with shoppers. The fixed prices at these markets are never really fixed when you buy enough. With a
little bargaining the kurti or jutti is yours.
For high end shopping, and for a deal in pricey fashion brands Khan Market, DLF in Vasant Kunj, Select City in
Saket and South Extension., are pretty good options. And remember, the airline weighs the suitcase, not you. So
stack those bangles around your arms, layer those scarves around your neck, and put on a funky tee underneath
that tunic. And you’re all set to go
