Alabama has been the witness of American Civil War, World War 2 and other historical events that have surely affected its culture. These buildings are temple shaped mansions having hipped roof.
Music is always been important part of the state as its legendary artists and Mardi Gras bands are quite famous in the region, a music band group who sing gospel in churches and at the time of Christian wedding. Coming to food, barbecue and gulf sea food is quite popular in the region. Loyal fans, baked grits, ribs, and fish dishes are the major meal of the state. Alabama has its own fishing village in Bayou La Batre, falls in Mobile County.
