Educational Institutions Bathinda

Bathinda is one of the notable places in Punjab for leading educational institutions. Central University of Punjab which is one of the few central universities in India is located Bhatinda. The jurisdiction of Bathinda is extended to the whole state of punjab. The P.G. and Integrated M.Phil., Ph.D. courses are currently being offered in the field of Biosciences, Environmental Science and Technology, Comparative Literature and South and Central Asian Studies.

It is the home of Government Rajindra College and Giani Zail Singh College of Engineering and Technology. Many leading educational chains such as DAV and DPS are running their schools in Bathinda. The other missionary schools such as St. Xavier's Sr. Sec. School, St. Joseph Sr. Sec.
