Land of Countless Springs Anantnag

Anantnag is the district of the Kashmir valley situated in its south and south western direction. The district is the rice bowl of the valley and rich in landscape. This is the place of natural beauty gifted by nature.

The largest number of health resorts are situated in this district. These places were the center of attraction for tourists from all areas of the country before the arrival of militancy. The Government is working hard to put the tourist industry back on the tracks and also work on the physical layout of the places to improve it.
