Vishal Megamart Store at Panchkula follows unfair trade practices. I purchased a mosquito killer electronic racket which had a manufacturing defect. When I approached the store the very next day for replacement of the defective product the person at the Mart started accusing me of not checking everything before purchasing. I told him that they do not have sockets near the display counter for checking and they should not be selling products before checking to which he again pointed it out as my fault. I had to fight out with him and three others before they agreed to change it but they stuck to their point that I should have checked before purchasing. Felt extremely disappointed and decided not to purchase anything in future from such customer cheating stores who try to sell defective products to customers.
