My policy number is 0521002814C108372679 of this year 2015-16. My wife has undergone surgery on 19th of June 2015 at anuprasad hospital, shalibanda for excision of lump which is covered by your insurance company. For claim settlement we submitted documents given by hospital authority and bill was Rs 30000 in which we got only Rs 20000 only, can we get our remaining balance.
