Tata docomo is very very worst irresponsible service.... because ... i already migrated from post paid to prepaid (june month) till now the monthly bill is generating.... How it is possible....

I am using Tata Docomo CDMA connection from last two years and I am totally satisfied with TATA Docomo Customer Care. Their internet plans of the Docomo are awesome and very affordable for everyone. They never made any type of networking problem to me. In roaming the charges of the calls are very less. So I like to use TATA Docomo connection.

Tata Docomo always creates the network problem and customer care of the TATA Docomo is not so cooperative. Whenever I make calls to them, firstly, they haven't picked call every time, if whoever picked the call they did not give any perfect solution to me for my problem. So I am very unhappy with the customer care team of the company.

Your customer care executive member Mr. Murali and Mrs. Latha coordinate for this services. More than 25 days completed still now iam not get your sim card many more times I was contact your representatives but still now not lifted my phone Mr. Mural, I am really suffer of your service , i am unable contact in my contact numbers Kindly, consider my request and reply for me.
