Tata Docom is totally making fool to the customers,its making fraud with the customer,without informing the customer they deduct a huge amount from your main balance and surprisingly customer care no 121 or 198 do not work in roaming.

Very very poor in providing service tata Docomo has started deducting my money without informing me Rs 5/- per day.from last 5 days. So far they have deducted 25 to 30 rupees. The worst is they do not no what are ducting for and don't accept it.

Nice Service . only time my balance got deducted . I talk to customer care regarding deducted same issue. Within 10 min , i got my money.

198 does not take complaints. 121 9 keeps u waitin for a long time. n often doesnt turn up. balance continues to get deducted. expensive schemes subscribed to do not get activated.please someone take legal action

MOney is getting deducted without any prior information. When called customer care, their answer is some service is activated and for that money is getting deducted. Happened multiple times . bad service .

I don't know about the service but the network is too bad. When I try to make a call suddenly the signal goes down. After waiting some time able to make a call. So who needs emergency call should not use this network
