Very poor service, I transported by bike. I was promised one day delivery. But one person was saying delay due to traffic jam while the other office person was saying that they Eicher driver stayed at his home. No clear communication. Booking agent was not receiving call after placing order. I paid is decided amount still I had to pay 200rs to the boy who brought bike at home very poor service not professional at all. I spent 100rs for calling and tracking my bike which took 3 days to get delivered. Choose other movers and packers. My new bike also got scratched.
