One week ago, I had bought 32 inches Samsung smart TV from their showroom. The TV dealer provides me the one year warranty and also a 20 % discount. But after a few days when I was watching TV it automatically switches on and off. It repeats this process many times and not working properly. Finally I called to the customer care and they sent the technician to solve this issue. Now my TV is working properly and not showing any problem. I appreciate their services and the quick response.

Hello, I am from Gurgaon. My brother gifted me a Samsung TV on my wedding. The TV was working well till three months after, that it showing problems. I called for the Samsung Customer Care Number and they send the technician. But technician did not solve this issue, till the problem hasn't solved. I am very much disappointed with their services and request, kindly solve this issue.
