Six months ago, I purchased a Samsung LCD tv. After two months it creates a problem in sound system and black lines are shown on the screen. I called to Samsung customer care and repair man is came to my home. He checked the issues and sort out all problems. Now there is no problem with my LCD tv. I satisfied with their service.

Hi, I am Rajveer Singh. I had bought 1.5 tonne Samsung air conditioner in 25th May of 2013. After one year, I faced some problems with coil and gas leakage. I called to service person of Samsung and he charged me Rs 5000. After 3 months similar problem again occurred. This is a worst service. I have never seen. I will never recommend to buy Samsung products.
