There is regular problem with transformer installed in phase 7 behind Yougal Sons and near to Deep Laboratory which caters some houses in series of 2900. Every alternative day, light goes for hours and we have to suffer a lot. Linemen giving excuses that symbol needs to be repaired but we are not given enough resources to repair the same. Have to follow for hours to get it rectified. It is big nightmares big officers sleeping in peace request PSPCL to look into.

Sir my consumer account number is 3003232825 and is located in Sector 110, TDI city, Mohali. My house is closed since March 25th 2016 and as such there is no consumption of electricity. I am also away from India. In spite of that when I see on line I observe that about 200 unit charges are made towards my connection per month. May I request to you correct it? I shall start using the electricity from 21st of July 2016. My house will be closed without using electricity from 25th March to 21st July 2016 requests you to correct the bill. I had also met your staff there and indicated the same to them.
