I understand Neesu is the most useless group and harasses customers at Roorkee and other places, by not handing over flats in time, as put in agreement. Surely, such complaints need to be published in Social Forums like Facebook, Twitter etc.

I have booked C-402 apartment in the heritage avenue project in Roorkee. It was promised by M/S Neesu to me that handover of the flat would take place by 30 April 2016. Till today, after more than a year I am yet to get possession of my flat nor do I get any commitment of any date, in spite of my follow ups. It is clearly visible that your company lacks integrity, business ethics and inculcates unfair practices. If this complaint is not resolved immediately, I will take appropriate action like legal recourse through consumer forum and all other forums for settling this matter.
