We have sold a Microtek battery along with Microtek home ups for a customer name Mr Bellarmen. Now the customer battery is not giving sufficient backup. The customer has sent back the battery to the dealer point along with purchase bill warranty card. We have raised a complaint in the toll free number and with complaint.
