1. Bus have to stop in the bus stand one behind the other bus.
2. Bus conductors should bring change like other countries.
3. Last seat is always occupied by the gents, This should avoid by the conductors or checking inspectors.
4. Please write Ladies seat in paint.

Bus Conductors should bring change and if not should respond to passengers politely. Bus driver should not start the bus till all the passengers get into the bus. Drivers should stop the bus only in the stopping and not before or after the stopping point.

Today, I was traveling from OMR to Broadway by Exp 221H
Bus number: CDI 1846 but the Bus was in worst condition
1. Both the side door's frames were totally broken.
2. Back side door lock frame was hanging {due to this anyone could have got injured].
3. Some seats were in damaged.
How a MTC bus is running in such a condition, how people will travel? Please do the needful and rectify the same.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Complaint regarding bus frequency root number 23C-Besant Nagar to Ayanawaram, 23C bus frequency has reduced drastically even though demand is very high. I am traveling morning every day from Besant Nagar to DMS stop By 23C but the bus not coming at time it’s always late, (still we don’t know proper timing). So make them to come at time there is no alternate bus.

Dear Team, I would like to request the concern team help in plying the bus between Perambur to Sholinganallur via Thiruvanmayur (ECR). The best opt bus would 29C, you could extend the 29C bus service up to Sholinganallur.
