I purchased a laptop through online shopping from Microsoft website. I have installed Microsoft Office 2010 in my laptop. When I was using Microsoft Outlook, it asked for a password. I created an id for this. The next time, when I was using the laptop, it did not accept my password. I connected to the Microsoft customer care. They asked me lots of questions and did not solve my problem yet. Really Microsoft provides worst service.

I bought Microsoft Office 365 for my personal computer. I took one year subscription plan from Microsoft. When I was installing it, I had some technical problems. Then, I connected to Microsoft Customer Care. They immediately solved my problem. Now my personal computer is running smoothly. I appreciates Microsoft Customer Care services.
