I was gone for servicing for my swift lxi on 9 January 2015 at 9:30 am they told many work is to be done you can stand at your car and watch what is happening. God knows the all actual car parts and servicing procedure. I stand there for 3 hours at 12 pm then went to home saying to mechanic and mechanic told that it will take time up to evening for complete servicing. But when I arrived at 2 pm and asked mechanic then he told that whole work is completed and car have gone for washing. I asked mechanic that what work done after me then he told nothing done except engine oil refueling. Its mean whatever the extra charge of part which I was charged is on paper only like oil injector worth rupees 1350, old swift kit worth rupees 680 and separate labour charges for each and every job done worth rupees 5500. This is totally disgusting. I have never seen and heard from anyone. Total bill was 17500 for 3 hours of work. They are real cheaters, they are big Thugs. They simply cheap customers by charging part price.
