Hello Sir/ Madam, I am using Livpure Magna RO, UV water purifier from one year. Its performance is very good and I have no complaint. Its water is pure and germfree. The customer service of Livpure is very good. Customer care representatives are available to solve problems.

It is the worst customer service provided by the company. They need for more attention to their service as well as product. My Livpure water purifier stopped working and logged my complaint to customer care. It all happened during the warranty period, but the service man charged me 3000 rupees. I am very unsatisfied and upset with their customer service.
