About five months ago, I have purchased a new Honda car after reading the all positive reviews on the internet. After that I requested for a test drive online through the company's website. I took a test drive and I found that this car has a great fuel mileage and power steering. I booked my car and paid a ten percent payment of the full amount. I am so satisfied with Honda cars customer care services.

After purchasing of the new Honda City car, I continuously faced problems with this car. Mostly it created a problem in AC and music system. I called to Honda Car customer care so many times, but very poor and horrible service provided by them. The staff of Honda car customer care is so lazy and they did not take seriously any problem of the customer. I am totally disappointed with Honda car customer care services.
