Kind Attention Mr. Kaushal Sood, Dear Mr. Sood, Your Salesperson Mr. RD Goyal has sold an RO system to us on 30-8-2015. A copy of the warranty carefully attached, He gave us service center numbers and guided that concern service engineer will come and install the RO. We approached the concern and a service engineer came (31-8-2015) but he could not install the system. Since last 4 days we are approaching Mr. Goyal and there is a total lie he is giving that person was sent yesterday etc. He is language is abusive and he is threatening that we can approach anybody I am writing this mail to you for necessary action and confirm us in written that Mr. RD Goyal is your employee or not. I am residing in Zirakpur, Mohali. I purchased your RO 14-12-15 from Chandigarh branch office. At the time off purchase we were verbally committed that everything will be taken care as the product is under 12 months warranty. Now after 6 months RO stopped functioning. For 7 days they keep on checking the product. They even took the product in their service centre and there they changed my new membrane with their faulty membrane and said that now it is perfect will work well. Again when I complained that water is tasteless then they said that membrane is faulty. Actually membrane was not faulty but it was replaced with the faulty membrane when it was taken to the service centre. I have one more customer with the same problem. This happened with them also. Now they are asking 1700 Rs to get it replaced. These all happening giving bad name to the company. If our problem is not solved then we will have to take some hard step which could also hamper the company name. Kindly revert soon.
