My laptop is under warranty. I have called on HCL Laptop customer care number and they told me that please check your Laptop nearest HCL authorized service center. But there is no any service center near my home. Please resolve my problem and send service engineer.

I am using HCL laptop past 4 years and now I am facing battery issue and discussed with several authorized service center people every said this model battery not available like that even Coimbatore regional office people said please try with local market for used batteries availability listed key that. I don't understand why we have to get used batteries.
