Collecting money for such act is not advisable, but creates doubt in the eyes of the donator. If people find it okay, they will come forward themselves instead of giving cash to unknown. Now a day any fraud document can be made. Some representatives came to me for collecting money. Above its clearly written that website not available bank account number also not on the site seems fraud please do not pay.
