Dear all my consumer number is 41110761 named by Mahesh Kanubhai Patel (shree pramukh gas agency Ahmadabad) since two LPG cylinders is delivered on 27/06/15 but since the subsidy amount is not transferred to my bank account.

Sir, I book a gas, my consumer number is 58095610 and my booking is successful and subsidies are transfer my account but gas are not deliver thank you.
