I am regular user of cotton king formal shirts for last 10-12 years. I have purchased four shirts on 05.10.2014 for Rs.3680/from your Pound Road outlet. Out of four one AEROSOFTNXT -Rs.895/appears somewhat different and not feeling cotton softness. I requested to change the same. Mr.Samgram owner of the outlet has positively responded my request. Many Thanks to Mr.Samgram and his affinity towards business and Brand Name. However talking to your marketing head Mr.OMKAR, who was not taking positive ways and even was not in position to hear my request. Thanks to Mr. SAMGRAM once again.
