I shifted my household items from Mumbai to Uttaranchal using Blue Star (Staff - Manoj Sharma). At the time of booking tall claims were made. After receiving the goods, one of the steel almirah legs were damaged. For claiming insurance there was no help offered and even after asking for it the Blue Star staff was disgustingly discourteous. Disgusting service given. Suggested not to use it.
