I found the name of thus agency on the MEA website. I gave them my degree. My degree, I think is my biggest asset. They were so casual that they did not inform me when they received the document through the courier. When I called they said yes we have received. Imagine. No acknowledgement, no ref number, no online tracking, casual staff, no escalation matrix, harping on your urgency.
