my vice president is very hard working and possess great managing/technical abilities. no one is capable of taking independent decisions(whether HR Admin, Technical, DBA, Support, Maintainence). the present growth of firm due to only his involvement in each stages of project.

i am an ex employee of the company and i find that company is just providing training to employees as after two years each employee leaves the company or find himself stuck in the company which is due to poor attitude of company towards employee.

Boss is double faced, one side he request us saying "please" for working late,, on other side he get "please" back from employees during increments.
The reason of double faced management it feels like leaving the company.

in previous 6 months around 15 senior personnel resigned, the reason was not salary or exposure, but reason was attitude of boss mr. goyal towards employees. he also fired 4 in last 2 months including hr. how employees can resolve his ego problem?

company is in major loss. no projects, supporting few projects by parent company velos. no security of job. no employee orientation. firing experienced and freshers. freshers should not opt this in any way
