I have purchased valentine 10 red roses and 16 pcs Ferrero Rocher chocolate and valentine card from the site "http://ayushflowergiftsportal.Com" on 13th February 2016. The original price of this product was RS 1025.00 and after applying a online discount code, I got a discount of RS 102.50 after which the price of the product became RS 922.50. I have paid this amount online via my Citi Bank credit card. On 14th February 2016, when they delivered the product on 14th February 2016 morning to the specified kolkata address, there were only 5 roses, 16 Ferroro Rocher and no card (as per product mentioned). I talk to their customer support on 91-9903352305 but the guy on the phone talked very rudely and said that I should have confirmed with him before applying that online coupon. I have asked that in that case they should have intimated me either through email or online that after applying the coupon code, the product would have changed but he is not ready to listen and continued behaving in a rude man.
