Hello friends, I am Ritika Bhalla and I belong to New Delhi. I am an account holder of Axis Direct. The company deducted two thousand rupees without any information or notification. I wanted my money back, so I called to Axis Direct customer care center, but the representative of the company behave me so rudely. I am not happy and so frustrated with the bad Axis Direct customer care services.

I have a demate account in Axis Direct. A few days ago, I received a message from a company that one thousand rupees was deducted from my account. Immediately I contacted to Axis Direct customer care and asked them about it. They realized their mistake and apologies for it. They returned my money back in my account. I am so happy with Axis Direct customer care services.
