Seeing their beautiful brochure which says "House Plots at Pukkattupady", I purchased a few cents of land at Kuzhivelippady near Pukkattupady by spending Rs. 9 Lakhs. I came to know that Aurora Developers have cheated me only when I applied at the Panchayath Office for building permission. Please stay away from this company because they are the biggest frauds and cheats we have ever seen.
