The products are imported from China and repacked in India. I bought a laptop charger and it stopped working after 2.5 months(still under warranty).I bought it from Flipkart. After that I had to forget that I had ever bought a charger. Why? No service center.Only mode of communication is over mail.If they want to revert they will. But products only if you are risky.

You called up 3rd time that product still not worked, where we asked to check laptop, as it’s merely impossible that product doesn’t work in 3 scenarios. But still for all support we provided, you end up writing things which are not true.

Poor customer support, I bought a laptop charger from Rega-It solution after one month while charging it overheats and adopter cable starts melting after that it stops working. When I contacted to the customer care they refused to replace the charger by saying that it’s a physical damage and we can't do anything. But my charger is not working due to overheating and how overheating comes under physical damage poor products and poor service.
