Diploma in Company Law and Secretarial Practice Udaipur

I was pursuing CS course but unfortunately i could not clear but I have one module of CS Executive programme. Now I am thinking about diploma in company law and secretarial practice. I have completed my graduatuion with 52% from a recognised university. So am I eligible for this course?

I did my MBA,BBA from reputed university and in have job experience of 3 year and I am pursuing LLB from Rama university form UP Kanpur and also wan to do diploma in company law and secretarial practice. so I am eligible for this course
