1) A first undergraduate degree (2.1 or above) or other equivalent qualification related to design in the built environment including architecture, landscape architecture and town planning. Applicants will have to demonstrate a significant interest in conservation or regeneration practice by way of appropriate design projects or written material.
2) Students with a first undergraduate degree from non-design based courses (2.1 or above), particularly those with some experience in conservation- or regeneration-related practice, will also be considered. Applicants will have to demonstrate a significant interest in conservation or regeneration practice through written material or relevant experience.
3) Individuals with substantial professional experience in architecture, interior design, landscape design, town planning, surveying and construction will also be considered.
