A bachelor's degree in Science with a major sequence in the area of biomedical/biophysical science, or equivalent; certification of police clearance; and demonstration to the Faculty of adequate knowledge of each of the following areas of basic science at a tertiary level: physiology and anatomy, cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, chemistry and statistics. Completion of courses in Physics at any level is highly recommended. Applicants with qualifications from overseas institutions where English is not the medium of instruction must provide evidence of English language competency equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.5 overall with no band lower than 7.5.
