Part-Time: 4-7 Years

To enter the first stage of the programme, normally applicants should have completed a first degree supported by several years of relevant managerial-level work experience within HR or an associated field. Successful completion will lead to the second stage. Those who have already completed the University MA HR Strategies will be eligible to enter the second stage directly. Applicants who have an equivalent masters qualification that covers all of the CIPD Advanced practitioner standards will be considered for advanced standing (in line with the University's APL regulations).
