1) Normally a good Honours degree (2:2), an equivalent qualification and/or ability to demonstrate suitability for study at postgraduate level. 2) Applicants with the University's Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent CIPD accredited postgraduate qualification from elsewhere may be eligible for transferred credit and obtain the MA ‘top up’ in one further year of part-time study.
