Appropriate qualifications as a 1st or 2nd level nurse for at least six months, and employed in areas that include older clients; or as an allied health professional working with older clients; or other professionals and individuals working in the sphere of older clients. Candidates for level 3 would need to demonstrate previous study at level 2 or equivalent, or demonstrate their professional role and experience to meet a more challenging programme.
