A candidate for admission to the One Year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Culinary Arts must have passed the Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bachelor of Business Management / Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel / Hospitality (with a minimum of two years of Food Production instruction), Graduates in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (Hotel, Hospitality and Tourism streams) with at least two years of instruction in food production, B.Sc. Hotel Management, B.A. in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Graduates from any recognized University. Candidates who have appeared for their final exams in the respective streams can aslo apply. However the admission is subject to clearing the qualifying examination. Non Resident Indians (NRI) / Foriegn students should submit their relevant documents while applying for the course.The entire process of admission will be handled by the Dean Foreign Affairs,Osmania University.
