1) Candidate should have passed B.A degree from any recognized university in Theater Arts
or
2) Candidates should have passed B.A/B.Com/B.Sc with
a) diploma in Theatre Arts from a government recognised institution, provided the duration of the course is not less than one year
b) 'B' grade artist in the concerned area from AIR
c) certificate of five years experience as drama artist from Doordarshan
d) Should belong to a traditional organization like Kuchipudi or Surabhi with 5 years experience in performance
e) Possessing a certificate of 5 years experience in any renowned and government recognized Dance or Theatre organization.
