1) Candidates must hold a UK first class honours degree, or its equivalent if outside the UK, typically in electrical engineering with a specialisation in signal processing and/or communications.
2) Applications from related fields such as computer science, physics or mathematics will also be considered. Entry into this high level programme is competitive and high grades are expected in fundamentals such as mathematics, signals & systems, probability & statistics and communications & signal processing.
3) In addition, students for whom English is not their first language must provide evidence that they meet the English requirements, typically by presenting an IELTS or TOEFL with sufficient scores.
