The minimum entry requirements are:
1) 5 GCE 'O' levels including a pass in English /Higher NITEC (ITC) or
2) 3 GCE 'O' levels including a pass in English with three years of working experience; or
3) PSB Certificate in Industrial Engineering; or
4) NITEC (NTC 2) with 5 years of supervisory or engineering experience.
5) Applicants who do not meet the above requirements may also apply, but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
