Balwant Sheth School of Architecture - BSSA is a new School which is located in V.L. Mehta Road, Vile Parle (W) Mumbai. In duration of three months of its decision to start the School, SVKM's NMIMS University, established a solid academic and resource base with modern facilities and Infrastructure. The Council of Architecture has recognized the course offered by the School a full time five year B.Arch. Degree.

Apart from University Library, SOA is compiling an extensive physical and electronic library.
The Balwant Sheth School of Architecture - BSSA library works with the teachers and students and considers the current requirement for books and periodicals. The library has an innumerable collection of essential books ranking from architecture, architecture history, construction, landscape, photography law and other related subject. The library is equipped with various types of projects, reports, models and workshop video. At present, the BSSA library itself is sufficient with books, references, reports and students’ project. BSSA library is completely computerized and uses IIMS software.
Balwant Sheth School of Architecture - BSSA offers Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), under the five years degree program of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management and Higher Studies University. This degree program is acknowledged by the Council of Architecture. The aim of this B. Arch course is to develop students, over a period of five years, by rigorous academics and fieldwork. Students are offered holistic exposure and understanding through Art, History, Technology, Architectural Design and Construction process. Students are required to spend 15 to 18 weeks internship in Architectural, Planning and Construction Firms.
BBSA follows a trimester system. Every week, one day is devoted to fieldwork in every trimester which involves visits to significant buildings, sites including project offices of the architects and construction managers. Total fieldwork usually exceeds 50 hours and requires 20 hours of data analysis. Besides, the students are required to devote at least 40 hours per week per academics.
