Rajkot is blend of multicultural. People have arrived from various part of

Rajkot has its own native music genre, called Dayro, which is used to

CUISINES:
Ganthiya is the most famous cuisine of Rajkot. Ganthiyas here are of many
types as fafda, vanela, bhavnagari, champakali etc. Ganthiya is basically
stripes of dough made from besan flour + some spices + water and then
fried into different shapes and tastes. It's not as easy to make as it seems.
And other than Ganthiya, poha, jalebi, sweet samosa, sweet kachori are
famous in Rajkot.
FESTIVALS:
As other parts of India, All the famous festivals like Diwali, Holi, Dushera
are celebrated with great enthusiasm. Except these Rajkot celebrates
some other festivals too like Navaratri and International kite festivals.
