March, 25th 2017The most unprofessional employees that I have ever come across. My stuff was dispatched on 29th January 2017 from DOH to Del still haven’t received them. I have called their Gurgaon branch senior staff and number of times via email and phone to check back however each time there is lack of professionalism from their part sometimes they say, “We have lost your insurance form which you need to do it again ". Payment was done through credit card with all the details and the total amount charged by them however when I was still not informed why is delay in receiving my stuff when I called them I was told, "There is charge of 2.9 percent on the card payment". The terms of payment were already agreed and there was no dispute from me on this. However Allied Pickfords waited another 9 days to explain why there was still no movement on the delivery, I called you but you didn’t answer.
