A Fraud Company Fidem Technologies the biggest Fraudulent Telephone re-seller out of Delhi India See details below: Our Company First Source Engineering (India) Pvt Ltd from Chennai purchased VOIP phones from Fidem Technologies. (Very recently in 2015). They promised that they will support and send the Phones ordered within 72 hours. For a trial order, 1st phone they shipped and we had great difficulty in configuring the phone and their help was average. When we placed 2nd order for 4 phones they got our money and did not ship for two to three weeks and when we asked them to refund the money they said they will ship another brand, which we were about to buy from a local Chennai based supplier, they said they will match price and ship. We received the phones after several phone calls and emails. The phone they supplied could not be configured and our telephone service provider figured out they sold us old used phone (2 numbers of Poly Com Phone). We place order in October 2015.
