All toll-free numbers are not working. Also, I tried all the process to register my Symphony jamboo70 cooler warranty by Sms as well as by mailing address by filling but getting invalid request. Please help me to register my product warranty within ten days of purchase.My purchase date is 25.3.18. If I did not get it within 10 days of my purchase company will responsible for the delay and will provide me committed warranty of one year. As soon as the response will be highly appreciable.

We have purchased symphony industrial cooling plant for our company in Noida, we purchase Symphony product first time in 2014, after that we invested approx. 50 lakh rupees in cooling plant in 2016, considering international brand we invested huge amount in the cooling plant but the service we are getting is very substandard, we register all our grievances with the senior person in symphony Ahmadabad also. From last one month we are asking to the local nominated service vendor to do the routine checkup and make it functional. Still we didn't get any relief. This is in regard to the Air Cooler purchased on 14th April 2016 from the Koramangala EZone Store Bangalore. Before taking the delivery it was informed to the sales team to check its condition, the sales team informed since it is brand new no need to check, The brand new Air Cooler Silver I was not in a working condition when delivered. I raised the complaint to EZone on 25th April 2016 Symphony several times and the engineer visited the place more than three times, even today the technician visited to rectify but could not resolve the issue completely. It doesn't have the cooling effect, it has water leakage, and it is more than a month of purchase. Approached the service engineer for Karnataka Mr Duleep and area Sales Manager Mr Dharmendra none of them is able to resolve the issue, I would request the management to replace the cooler as soon as possible. I had purchased symphony diet 50 i, from day 1 onwards its pump is not working , I complained to customer care given incident number as SA-24D16011 and said my problem will solve within 48 hours, but five days completed nobody contact me. I tried to contact the number they given in the incident to me 9848417313 but this person is not at all lifting his phone. I again contact customer care they had given manager of Hyderabad area and his number is 9397692348 and his name is Trimurthy, I tried to call his number but every time I will hear voice that he is out of coverage area. Hi this is inform you that I make a complain 15th of April about my cooler (Symphony kayzen Jr). I got a call from the service man name Raju, he visit my house on 18th of April. He checked and said I need to change the motor. I agree with it and he said he will bring the new motor on 21st or 22nd of April. But he didn't turned with new motor. When I called him on 22nd he said he didn't find the motor in his office, and he said he will be come on 25th April. But again he didn't turned on. Is this the way the service man provided the service. I am facing the problem against the changing the motor of my cooler. I want the resolution about this matter as soon as possible.

This is in regard to the Air Cooler purchased on 27th March from the Noida EZone Store. The Air Cooler was not in a working condition when delivered. I raised the complaint to EZone and Symphony several times and the engineer visited the place more than four times, but wasn't able to resolve the issue completely. The Fan of the cooler doesn't seem to work properly, within a month of purchase I had made four different requests which seriously raises the concern on the quality check carried by both EZone and Symphony.
