New Set-Top Box No. 22618210227735 has been installed during August 2018. The STB is not working properly. Skip action is not working. Action mentioned on remote control unit are also not executed. This network is so bad that one cannot imagine. On their customer helpline they do not listen to complain and say that they will resolve problem after contacting serviceman. They talk so rude and they do not take complaint on time. My connection is near Bhagwan talkies with many set top boxes but even then they don't listen. Seeking entertainment is not good at this kind of bad network.

My set top box is not working from 4-5 days. It is not starting and not displaying any channel. It is getting off after every 3-4 second. Please fix this problem of my set top box.

I have been following-up with your officials and customer care since morning regarding issue of cable network, but there is no response and still it is not working. Some sensitivity is required from your end. Please look into this matter.

Sea TV services are worst. They are the thugs actually who is taking money like the dacaits. Ten days in a month cable don’t work. Set top boxes are the real garbage. It hangs a lot, volume goes off and many other issues. They are not refunding the money of set top box.

My dish has been closed for one month. Our operator Sh Ashwani Malhotra denies to repair my set top box. He said this is not my work. He suggests me to go to company for the repairing of set top box. I submit set top box in the company. They return my set top box and ask for Rs 500/-. But still set top box is not working, kindly advice why should not I remove your connection.

I sea network registered with box number 20113160276314 few days no signal found massage has been display on our various channel like Colour, Star Plus and Star Sport 1 and all movies channels showing a message no signal found. Signal is very weak we have not the number of any service provider. I have some problem with set top box. The services support, response, and attitude of Sea TV in Awadpuri is pathetic. I am very much disturbed since last two months nobody seems to give solution from local operator office. The local operator employee has taken my set of box and money and operator owner refuse to take any responsibility. Hope now Sea TV will try and help else now only legal and social media seems only solution ahead.
