Sanjana Singh becomes the first transgender to get a government job in Madhya Pradesh
Sanjana Singh, a transgender lady, has been enlisted as the PS (Personal Secretary) to Krishna Gopal Tiwari, Director, DSJDW (Department of Social Justice and Disabled Welfare), Madhya Pradesh government. According to the ANI report, Sanjana who effectively participates in every social event in the city has turned into the first transgender in the state to obtain a government job. Actually, she has set an enormous example for the transgender community. The 36-year-old transgender was selected on 1st March by Gopal Tiwari. She has likewise been selected a legal volunteer of the DLA (District Legal Authority), and an individual from the Lok Adalat, where she will hear the pending affairs with the judge. Conversing with ANI, Sanjana stated: Tiwari Ji has made a decent step. In the coming days, the general population of our locale will show signs of improvement openings. She said, if our society is given enough chances, we can do a lot for the general public. She also said this is a little change! Later on, there will be greater changes," she included while approaching reservation for the transgender society in government employment.
