On 22nd June our RHRM has called me in Bhubaneswar and asked me to resign, I had denied to give the same and I demanded the cause for the same but I didn't get any appropriate answer from him. Again on 3rd July He had called me in Kolkata Branch office and took me in his cabin along with RSM and again asked resignation from me and threatened me that If today I don't give the resignation then he will terminate me. Sir, I had deposited Rs 100,000 in Plethico Pharmaceuticals 3 years back as FD (21904) which got matured on 18/7/2015. I have deposited the original bond well before the maturity date to the company. I have not received the money till date. I have already given several reminders to the company. But nobody is responding. I need the heard earned money back. I shall be obliged if necessary action is taken against the company thanks.

I am a victim of illegal termination on the base of tampered records of absenteeism (Leaves are approved) but submitted in Court by Aditya Birla Groups HRD and Lobby in manual EXCEL sheet while online system and records hidden by them and also EMAIL contents, duly tampered and submitted in Court, as a result they have ruined my life. He told me that he can solve the case in 15 days but 5 month have passed he only gave me picture of his house. I have filed the case against my husband and in-laws in family court and all of them regularly attended the case but the agency said that my husband is not in his house. My fixed deposit of Rs. 1,00,000.00 under receipt number 00545961 dated 26/09/2012 with Jaiprakash Associates Limited, sector 128, Noida 201304, got matured on 25th September, 2015 and I had sent the duly discharged receipt to the company well in advance on 25th August, 2015 for repayment of Rs. 1,00,000.00. After several reminders the Company intimated to me that they have been granted extension up to 31st December, 2015 to repay the amount. This complaint was also referred to the registrar of Companies, but till now I have not received my Rs. 1, 00,000.00 and also not received any communications from the Company as well from the registrar of Companies. I am a house wife and a senior citizen and my main source of income is only interest on investments. Since my money is blocked for 7 months and I do not earn any interest on the idle money lying with JP Associates. Now I request you to arrange to instruct the company to release my Rs. 1, 00,000.00 at the earliest.
