Sir, Microtek advertises that it is the best home inverter company in India. We live in Durgapur in West Bengal. We bought a Microtek inverter in August 2015. In the last 2 years the inverter has been invalid for almost 80% time. We have repeatedly requested the service in charge in Durgapur to pay heed to our requests but I guess service maintenance is not a priority for the company. If there is any interest in the customers kindly do something otherwise in spite of all advertisements the company will not be able to sell its products. Hope there is some response to this mail.
